Do I need to open an account to shop at prettyFIT?

No, creating an account is not required — you may check out as a guest. However, registering for a free account lets you earn reward points to offset future purchases, enjoy Birthday rewards, and conveniently view your order history.

How do I create an account?

How do I order?

Log in to your account by clicking the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen. Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information — and don't forget to apply any discount codes or Gift Cards before completing your purchase!

How do I use a discount code?

During checkout, key in your discount code in the discount code box within the order summary.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

An acknowledgement email will be sent once your order is received. Your order will only be shipped after your payment has been approved and your billing and delivery address verified. Registered users can also check order status under My Account.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been processed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend any order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order before finalising it.

How do I sign into my account?

Click the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen and scroll down to log in to your account.

How do I edit or update my account details?

Click the Gift Box icon, then click on Account. From your My Account dashboard, you can edit any fields except your email address and birthdate. To change these, reach out to us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg.

I have changed my email address. Why can't I update it in My Account?

For security reasons, email addresses cannot be updated directly in the dashboard. Please contact us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg and we'll transfer your membership details to your new account.

I entered my birthdate wrongly and I can't change it in My Account.

Please contact us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg for assistance. Please note that birthdate updates are limited to one change to protect our membership programme. Further changes will result in account deactivation and forfeiture of all points and perks.

How do I get my Birthday discount code?

Your birthday discount code will be emailed to you on the 1st day of your birthday month and is valid for the entire month for one-time use. To qualify, make sure your birthdate is registered in your profile before your birthday month and that you're subscribed to our emails.

I can't find my discount code in my email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, drop us a message at hello@prettyfit.com.sg and we'll sort it out for you.

I just joined and my birthday is this month. Do I qualify?

Unfortunately, birthday codes are issued on the 1st of each month, so this year's reward falls outside the cutoff. You'll be eligible for your birthday reward every year moving forward!

Why did I not receive points for my last purchase?

Points are awarded for regular-priced purchases only. Purchases made with promotions, discounts, or on sale items are excluded from points accumulation.

Where can I view my membership points balance?

Click the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen and go to Loyalty Rewards. Here you can check your available points and redeem them for discount codes to use at checkout.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

Visit our Gift Card page to purchase one. It's a convenient digital gift that lets the recipient choose from our full range of shoes and accessories.

How do I use a Gift Card?

During checkout, copy your Gift Card code and paste it into the discount code box within the order summary.

Can I extend the expiry date of my Gift Card?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the expiry dates of Gift Cards once they are issued.

What happens to the unused balance on my Gift Card?

Any unused balance can be applied towards future purchases, as long as it is used before the expiry date.

Can I exchange or refund my Gift Card?

Gift Cards are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable once issued.

Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

For most international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the destination country and are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with local customs authorities. prettyFIT has no control over these fees and is unable to advise on exact amounts as they vary by country.

However, for orders to Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, duties, taxes, and customs fees ARE included in the order.

⚠️ All approved refunds are issued as a prettyFIT Gift Card, valid for 12 months. Cash refunds are not available. All sales items are non-refundable.

Some crystals have fallen off my shoes. Do you provide replacement crystals?

Our shoes come with complimentary spare crystal beads and/or rhinestone embellishments (where applicable) for easy replacement in case of wear and tear. Alternatively, visit any of our retail stores and our team will be happy to help you replace them!

My shoe heel cap has worn off. Do you provide replacements?

Where applicable, one complimentary pair of spare heel caps is included for your easy replacement, as heel caps may wear out over time.

My non-tie shoelace is too loose or too tight. Can you help?

Please bring your shoes to any of our retail stores and our team will be happy to replace the lace length to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for you.
